Shipping policy

For US customers:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Multiple orders placed from one individual during a single live stream are subject to receive refunded shipping on SOME orders, purchaser will pay the most expensive shipping rate and be refunded some or all of the remaining shipping charges.

Shipping Charges: weights are determined at time of purchase and may be subject to differences based on packaging used and shipping conditions (hits only or bulk and hits).

• If you want to ship your cards, purchase "Ship My Cards". Make sure to add it to your cart at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow at least 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at deckdudestcg@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
